Members considered a proposal to upgrade (and extend) the No Waiting at any Time restrictions to introduce a Prohibition of Loading on Marsland Street and Water Street in Portwood.
The Area Committee agreed to delegate authority to approve the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders detailed in the report to the Director of Place Management, in consultation with the Chair of the Area Committee and Ward Councillors, and subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Orders be made.
