The Area Committee approves an application from Circus Starr to hold their circus in Torkington Park on 8 May 2020 with access required from 7 to 9 May 2020 subject to the organiser producing the appropriate papers; event plan, health and safety documentation, licenses and insurances, and paying the fee.
