The Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport approved Part II of the schedule below. The Traffic Regulation Orders will be legally advertised and subject to no objections being received twenty one days from the advertisement date the following orders can be made:

I). Introduce No Waiting at Any Time:

Elms Road

North West side from a point 10 metres South West of the South Westerly kerb line of Lynton Road to a point 10 metres North East of the North Easterly kerb line of Lynton Road

Lynton Road

South West side from the North Westerly kerb line of Elms Road for a distance of 5 metres in a North Westerly direction.

North East side from the North Westerly kerb line of Elms Road for a distance of 10 metres in a North Westerly direction.

II). Revoke No Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm:

Heaton Moor Road

Both sides from a point 10 metres South West of the South Westerly kerb line Brownsville Road to a point 10 metres North East of the North Easterly kerb line of Brownsville Road.

Brownsville Road

Both sides from the North Westerly kerb line of Heaton Moor Road for a distance of 10 metres in a North Westerly direction.

Derby Road

Both sides from the South Easterly kerb line of Heaton Moor Road for a distance of 10 metres in a South Easterly direction.

Introduce No Waiting at Any Time:

Heaton Moor Road

Both sides from a point 10 metres South West of the South Westerly kerb line Brownsville Road to a point 10 metres North East of the North Easterly kerb line of Brownsville Road.

Brownsville Road

Both sides from the North Westerly kerb line of Heaton Moor Road for a distance of 10 metres in a North Westerly direction.

Derby Road

Both sides from the South Easterly kerb line of Heaton Moor Road for a distance of 10 metres in a South Easterly direction.
