Issue - decisions

The Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport has approved amendments to the previous decision (reference CMDCH103) for a Traffic Regulation Order on Buxton Road in connection with the A6MARR in order to correct a discrepancy in the printed details of the proposed Order.

The amendment relates to the proposed Order set out at Appendix 1 of the report dated 30 January.

The Cabinet Member has approved the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order as detailed in the report, subject to the replacement of the first two sections of the appendix with the information above, and in the event of there being no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the Order being made.

The Cabinet Member of Communities & Housing approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order asset out in appendix A and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the order can be made.
