The Council Solicitor, in consultation with the Executive Councillor (Corporate, Customer and Community Services) has approved the acceptance of tender from ISG Construction Limited to undertake refurbishment and alteration works on the Coroner’s Court at Mount Tabor.  The accepted tender is within approved Council budget.

Revised contract procedure rules require that acceptance of tenders in excess of £250,000 require the approval of the relevant corporate/ service director in consultation with the relevant executive councillor.

The Executive Meeting has given approval to the refurbishment of the Mount Tabor, including the capital funding required, to enable the long-term location of the Coroner’s Service at this location.
