The Area Committee has declined to make a grant to Nomad Adventure Therapy CIC on this occasion by virtue of the potential for the making of a grant for the purposes of engaging an architect to produce plans to prejudice the Area Committee’s ability to determine any subsequent planning application that was submitted to the Planning Authority.
