From a point 31.5 metres north east of the intersection of the eastern kerbline of Guywood Lane for a distance of 20 metres in a north easterly direction.

 

Leyfield Road (East Side)

From a point of 84.5 metres east and then south of the intersection of the eastern kerbline of Guywood Lane for a distance of 25.5 metres in a south easterly direction.

 

Leyfield Avenue ( North Side)

From a point 33.5 metres west of the intersection of the western kerbline of Central Drive for a distance of 13.5metres in a westerly direction.
