East side from a point 16 metres South of the Southerly kerb line of Wensley Drive in a Northerly direction to a point 10 metres North of the Northerly kerb line of Wensley Drive.

Wensley Drive

Both sides from the Easterly kerb line of Chester Road for a distance of 10 metres in an Easterly direction.
