06/06/2018 - Section 106 Commuted Sum contribution- DC066807

The Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing has approved the allocation of Section 106 Agreement resources (£209,837.41) that will be received from the development of the former Battersby Hatworks, Offerton Industrial Estate (DC066807) as follows:-

 

·         £134,295.94 allocated in capital and maintenance to sports improvements at Gorsey Bank Park

·         £75,541.46 allocated in capital and maintenance for play split equally between Woodbank Memorial Park and Woodlands Park for junior play improvements.
