Issue - decisions

The Area Committee gave approval to the allocation of the two commuted sums for £501.93 and £49,691.07 as detailed in the report to the Half Moon Lane Play Area.

The Area Committee considered proposals for the use of commuted sums for play provision in the Stepping Hill area and approved the following allocations:-

·         the use of £114,940.30 from development no.1258 (DC056357, Former Man Diesel Site, Mirlees Drive) allocated to Great Moor Park (£57,470.15) and Green Lane (£57,470.15)

·         the use £836.55 from development no.1214 (DC050260, April Cottage, 18 Flowery Field) to Great Moor Park

·         the use of £669.24 from development no.1260 (DC55032, 18 Hazel Street) to Torkington Park

·         the reallocate of £14,133.77 from development no.1267 (DC056267, Chapel Street) to Torkington Park.
