The Cabinet considered a proposal to temporarily amend the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules to allow for the piloting of a risk-based sourcing approach for procurement and recommended to the Council Meeting that it approve the proposed changes to the Contract Procedure Rules detailed in the report, to allow for participation in the pilot.
