The Cabinet Member (Communities & Housing) was asked to consider proposals to introduce traffic calming measures along Windlehurst Road from Broadhurst’s Bridge to Barnsfold Road associated with the A6 to Manchester Airport Relief Road (A6MARR) Complementary and Mitigation Measures (CMM) for High Lane and Hazel Grove.

The Cabinet Member (Communities & Housing) then approved the proposals within the report and the legal advertising of the traffic regulation orders contained in Appendix A and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the order can be made.

The Marple Area Committee supported the proposals.
