The Executive Meeting has recommended to the Council Meeting that it approve the Business Programme for the municipal years 2012/13, 2013/14 and the proposed amendments to the 2011/12 Business Programme, subject to the amendment of the date of the Informal Council Meeting in the municipal year 2012/13 from Tuesday, 15 May 2012 to Thursday, 17 May 2012.
