Issue - decisions

The Executive Councillor (Communities & Housing) has approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders, and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the orders can be made:-

·         Provision of a Toucan crossing on Grove Lane, approximately 30m east of the mini-roundabout with Gillbent Road;

·         Relocation of the bus stop currently outside No 9 Grove Lane to a location east of Willow Bank;

·         Provision of widened footway to accommodate shared use between the Toucan crossing and South Park; and

·         Improved informal pedestrian crossing facilities across junction mouths.

Bramhall & Cheadle Hulme South Area Committee supported the proposals.
