The Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing has approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the orders can be made, following consultation with the Davenport & Cale Green Highways and Traffic Ward Spokesperson:-

Proposed No Waiting Monday – Friday 8am-9.30am &4.30pm-6.30pm Bramhall Lane - Eastern side

From a point 10 metres North of the Northerly kerbline of Peel Street for a distance of 11 metres in a Northerly direction.

This is an amendment to a previously agreed Order agreed in November 2016 from which this element was omitted and therefore not reflective of the original plans and consultation document. The intended scheme and Order is shown on plan NM8/4622/01

The Executive Councillor (Communities & Housing) has approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the following orders being made at an estimated cost of £1450 to be funded by the Executive Highways delegated budget:-

Proposed Revocation of all existing Traffic Regulation Orders for waiting restrictions

Bramhall Lane eastern side from a point approximately 28 metres South of the projected Southerly kerbline of Adswood Lane East to a point 10 metres North of the North Westerly kerbline of Peel Street.

Dundonald Street both sides from the Easterly kerbline of Bramhall Lane for a distance of 5 metres in an Easterly direction.

Proposed No Waiting Monday – Saturday 7.30am – 9.30am & 3pm-6.30pm

Bramhall Lane eastern side from a point approximately 28 metres South of the projected Southerly kerbline of Adswood Lane East to a point 21 metres North of the North Westerly kerbline of Peel Street.

Dundonald Street both sides from the Easterly kerbline of Bramhall Lane for a distance of 5 metres in an Easterly direction.

Proposed Limited Waiting Monday – Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm 1 hour no return within 1 hour

Bramhall Lane eastern side from a point 10 metres North of the Northerly kerbline of Peel Street for a distance of 11 metres in a Northerly direction.

Both of the proposals below no longer require a Traffic Regulation Order but do form part of the proposed waiting restrictions and are enforceable.

Proposed No Stopping Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm on school entrance markings

Bramhall Lane eastern side from a point approximately 59 metres South of the projected Southerly kerbline of Adswood Lane East for a distance of approximately 31 metres in a Southerly direction.

Proposed Bus Stop Clearway

Bramhall Lane eastern side from a point 21 metres North of the Northerly kerbline of Peel Street for a distance of 23 metres in a Northerly direction.

The Central Stockport Area Committee supported the proposals.
