The Area Committee was minded to approve the Following No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order on Lowndes Lane and Fernley Road, Offerton, at an approximate cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Manor Ward allocation):-
Extend No Waiting at Any Time
Lowndes Lane - west side from a point 5 metres south of the southerly kerb line of Fernley Road for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction.
Fernley Road - both sides from a point 5 metres west of the westerly kerb line of Lowndes Lane for a distance of 2.5 metres in a 2westerly direction.
The Area Committee further approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.
