The Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader of the Council and Executive Councillors (Support and Governance and Thriving Economy) has approved proceeding in accordance with the recommendation of the attached confidential report from the Development Manager.

The Executive considered and approved a proposal for the Council to participate in further town centre investment, as set out in the ‘not for publication’ report.
