The Executive Meeting has given approval to the disposal of the land and property at the former Torkington depot, Hazel Grove as detailed on the plan appended to the report, and authority given to the Service Director (Legal & Democratic Services), in consultation with the Executive Councillor (Finance) to appropriate the site to “Planning Purposes”, if necessary, and enter into appropriate legal agreements.
