(1) The Area Committee approved the following at an approximate cost of £1,548.25 to be funded via the Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management delegated budget (Heatons South Ward allocation):
- Installation of Grafton Bench on Warwick Road.
(2) That the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration in consultation with the ward Councillors be requested to investigate the provision of a bench at some point along Green Lane.
