The Area Committee approved an application from Four Heatons Traders Association to hold their annual Summer Fayre/ Community Festival at Heaton Moor Park on Sunday 22 June 2014 and to use the St Andrews Road Playing Field for event car parking, subject to the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration confirming with the applicant that provision will be made to ensure that the St Andrews Road Playing Field is returned to its original state following the event.
