The Executive Councillor (Economic Development & Regeneration) and the Werneth Area Committee have considered and approved the elements of the following scheme that fall within their remit, to improve safety for motorists and pedestrians at the junction of Park Street and Lower Bents Lane, at a cost of £400 to be funded from the Werneth Are Committee’s Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management Delegated Budget (Bredbury & Woodley Ward allocation):-

No Waiting at Any Time

Park Street, Bredbury

North west side from a point 10 metres south west of the south western kerb line of Lower bents Lane for a distance of 20 metres in a south western direction (to tie in with existing restrictions)

South west side from a point 10 metres south west of the south western kerb line of Lower Bents Lane for a distance of 8.5 metres in a south westerly direction (to tie in with existing restrictions)
