The Executive Meeting has agreed that an Option Appraisal be undertaken during 2014 (in accordance with the methodology proposed in the report and to the timelines proposed in the report) to determine the most appropriate method for managing the Council’s housing stock when its current arrangement with Stockport Homes ends in 2015.
