The Council Meeting has approved and adopted the Medium Term Financial Strategy as detailed at Appendix One to the report.
The Executive Meeting considered an updated Medium Term Financial Strategy that would support the development of the Medium Term Financial Plan and the 2014/15 budget setting process and has recommended that the Council Meeting adopt the updated Strategy.
