The Area Committee has given approval to the following scheme (subject to consultation with local residents) at a cost of £8,300 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management Delegated Budget (Bramhall North ward allocation):-
Fir Road/ Brookdale Road
Reduce the highway width of the Fir Road/ Brookdale Road junction by building out the existing kerb lines with an in line pedestrian dropped crossing and tactile paving.
