The Area Committee considered an objection received to the proposal to introduce a ‘No Waiting at any Time’ Traffic Regulation Order on the service road for Councillor Lane, Cheadle to address parking problems at the junction of the service road with the main carriageway of Councillor Lane. In the light of the objection received, the Area Committee agreed to amend the schedule as follows:-
Proposed No Waiting at Any Time
Councillor Lane, Cheadle (service road for 88 – 144), south west side, from the southerly kerb line of Councillor Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction.
Councillor Lane, Cheadle (service road for 88 – 144), north west side, from the southerly kerb line of Councillor Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a south easterly then easterly direction.
