The Council Meeting has agreed to receive the Mid-Year Treasury Management Strategy and Performance Review 2012/13 report in line with best practice guidelines and noted the treasury activity for the first half of the financial year.
The Executive Meeting considered the mid-year performance of the Treasury Management function and has recommended that the Council Meeting receive the report in line with best practice guidelines.
