PDF 109 KBThe Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the designs associated with the Section A proposals to progress the detailed design and legal advertising of the associated Traffic Regulation Orders as detailed in Appendix A to the report and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders to be funded (subject to the approval of the business case by Transport for Greater Manchester) from the CRSTS fund, Network Rail and developer Section 106 contributions.
