The Area Committee has given approval to an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received from Make a Difference for a grant of £1,000 (Heald Green ward allocation) towards the cost of running additional arts and craft sessions at a wellbeing café (Heald Green). The Friday Hub supports people who are in isolation, lonely, elderly, have mobility issues and may be experiencing anxiety or mental health issues.
