The Area Committee has given approval to an application from Heatons Arts Trail for a grant of £646 from the Ward Flexibility Funding Budget (£323 each from Heatons North and Heatons South ward allocations) towards the cost of promotional material – specifically banners and flags – for a weekend long Arts Trail within the four Heatons.
