PDF 109 KBThe Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing has given approval to a variation to the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget and Rent Levels for 2023/24 Report to incorporate the reduced energy increases of 55% rather than 200% as originally approved unanimously by the Council meeting on 23 February 2023, and to amend relevant service charges to be levied at the lower rate from 1 April 2023 accordingly.
