Governance and Monitoring Officer has given approval to an
application from Drawing Board Productions CIC for a grant of
£150 from the Ward Flexibility Fund budget (£50 from
the Brinnington and Central and £100 from the Davenport and
Cale Green ward allocations respectively) towards the cost of the
first issue of a community newspaper ‘Arts & Culture
Stockport’ that aims to increase the visibility and awareness
of the arts and culture sector within Stockport.
The ward councillors have been consulted on this grant allocation
and are in agreement that it be made.
