The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval to (1) complete the surrender of the Council’s existing lease and complete the Transfer of Land from Landcare (Manchester) Limited; and

(2) complete a short-term lease for two ancillary areas of land presently occupied by the Council which are to be vacated within one year.
