The Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks and Leisure Services has considered an objection received to the introduction of a ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ Traffic Regulation Order on Manchester Road, Heaton Chapel, and has agreed that notwithstanding the objection, the order be made as advertised.
