In respect of plan no. DC/087714 for a class B8 self-storage facility, pump house, sprinkler tank, parking area, landscaping and associated works at the Former Armadillo Self-Storage, Earl Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, it was

RESOLVED – (1) That the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the Chair of the Committee, be authorised to determine the application, pending consideration of the application by the Cheadle Area Committee.

(2) That the Deputy Chief Executive be informed of this Committee's preliminary view that planning permission should be granted.
