To consider a report of the Director of Children’s Services.

The report outlines the proposed scope and brief for the review of ‘Supporting young people’s mental health and emotional wellbeing and counselling in schools’.

The Scrutiny Committee is recommended to consider and comment on the report, and use the discussion as the basis for determining the scope of the work of the Review Panel.
