To consider a report of the Chief Executive

A joint report (copies of which had been circulated) of the Chief Executive and Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services was submitted seeking the Scrutiny Committee’s views on a proposal for the Council to participate in further town centre investment.

The Deputy Leader of the Council and Executive Councillor (Support and Governance) (Councillor Iain Roberts) attended the meeting to respond to Members’ questions.

RESOLVED – That Executive Meeting be advised that this Scrutiny Committee supports the proposal.
