The report outlines the year end update on performance against indicators & measures and progress in implementing the Service Improvement Plan (SIP) for 2014/2015.

The Director of Corporate Services, Stockport Homes submitted a report 9copies of which had been circulated) providing a rear end update on performance against indicators and measures of progress for implement the Service Improvement Plan (SIP) for 2014/2015.

The following comments were made/issues raised:-

·         It was noted that repairs completed right first time had missed the target but remained within an accepted tolerance.

·         At the end of April, sickness stood at 0.72 days per full time equivalent employee against the in-year target of 0.47 days.
