Proposed Traffic Regulation Order 'No Loading At Any Time' on Thomas Street, Bredbury pdf icon PDF 312 KB

The report sets out the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO).

 

The Area Committee is requested to recommend that Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways and Transport Services approves the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) set out in Appendix A and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the order can be made.

The report details an application from the Friends of Chadkirk for the annual Well Dressing Community Event at Chadkirk Country Estate on Saturday, 26 July 2025 from 12 pm to 5 pm.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the application subject to the event organisers obtaining and providing the relevant paperwork at least two weeks prior to the event, including any necessary licences, health and safety documentation and insurance certificates.
