Corporate Performance and Resources 2024/25 Year-End (Quarter 4) Report To consider a report of the Executive Director for Corporate and Support Services.
The Year-End (Quarter 4) Corporate Performance and Resource Report (CPRR) for 2024/25 provides a summary of progress in delivering the council’s priority outcomes, with a particular focus on the six months from 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2025.
The report reflects the 2024-27 Council Plan, MTFP and portfolio priorities. It includes: · An overview of key corporate delivery and performance from the seven individual portfolio reports. · A detailed financial update, including outturn positions on revenue and capital.
The Scrutiny Committee is recommended to:
(1) Note the key delivery and performance issues from the council’s seven portfolios set out in sections 1.3 and 1.4. (2) Review progress against delivering council priorities and capital schemes alongside budget outturns contained within the report. (3) Note the Cash Limit and Non-Cash Limit outturn positions for 2024/25 as set out in section 2.3. (4) Note the Dedicated Schools Grant, Housing Revenue Account and Collection Fund outturn positions as set out in sections 2.4, 2.5, and 2.6. (5) Note the appropriations to/from reserves and balances during the period as set out in section 2.7 and note the resulting reserves and balances position at outturn. (6) Approve the delegation of changes to the outturn, reserves and/or balances position to the Director of Finance – Section 151 Officer, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources. (7) Note the position for the 2024/25 Capital Programme as set out in section 3.1. (8) Note the adjustments of capital schemes during the quarter as set out in section 3.2. (9) Approve the resourcing of the capital programme as set out in section 3.3. (10)Approve the 2024/25 prudential indicators as set out in section 3.4.

Porfolio Performance and Resources - Year-End Report 2024/25 To consider a report of the Executive Director of Corporate and Support Services.
The Year-End Report is based on the 2024/25 Portfolio Performance and Resources Agreement (PPRA). The Year-End Report focuses on delivery of the portfolio priorities from October 2024 to March 2025. It includes forecast performance and financial data (where this is available) for the portfolio, along with an update on the portfolio savings programme.
The Scrutiny Committee is recommended to:
(1) Consider the Year-End Portfolio Performance and Resource Report; (2) Review the progress against delivering key projects, priority outcomes, targets and budgets for 2024/25; (3) Highlight key areas of and responsibility for taking forward corrective action to address any performance or resource issues; (4) Highlight any significant issues or changes to be fed back to the Cabinet alongside the Corporate Performance and Resource Report; (5) Identify how areas of strong performance and good practice can be shared in other services.

Totally Local Company Annual Report To consider a report of the Deputy Leader of the Council.
The report outlines Totally Local Company’s (TLC) performance during the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. It details how TLC continues to work in close partnership with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) to deliver against the strategic aims of the One Stockport and Stockport CAN strategy by providing key services that ensure our neighbourhoods are clean and safe. Adswood Depot Battery Storage and Heathside Park Road Land Transactions To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive.
The purpose of this report is to seek Cabinet approval to offer a Lease Option for a Battery Storage Scheme at the Council’s Adswood Depot Site and; enter a Purchase Option for the disposal of the Council’s land required by another Landowner to improve access for a potential development site at Heathside Park Road, Cheadle Heath.
