Open Forum - Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme District Centre Action Plans - Update To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive.
The report provides an update on delivering Bramhall District Centre Action Plan and Cheadle Hulme District Centre Action Plan including recent successes and priorities for the next six months.
The Area Committee is recommended to:
(1) Note the progress made in delivering projects and events.
(2) Provide feedback on initial ideas for priority projects to allocate the £5,000 UKSPF which will be discussed with Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme Vision Groups.

Ward Flexibility Funding - Autisk To consider an application received from Autisk for Ward Flexibility Funding for a grant of £450 (£150 from each ward allocation) towards the cost of installing a mobile hoist, to aid accessibility of a youth centre for children and young people who are non-mobile and require support with personal care. |

Ward Flexibility Funding - Come And Meet Each Other (CAMEO) To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received from CAMEO for a grant of £540 (£90 from Bramhall North, £150 from Bramhall South & Woodford and £300 from Cheadle Hulme South ward allocations) towards the cost of afternoon entertainment and speakers for the event to speak on topical subjects e.g. How to Write Life History, Parkinson Groups etc.

Ward Flexibility Funding - Disability Opportunities in Sport UK (DOSportUK) CIC To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received from DOSportUK for a grant of £200 (£100 from Bramhall North and £100 from Bramhall South & Woodford ward allocations) towards the cost of Stockport Jets Basketball sessions aimed at people with a learning disability and/or autism, but also open to all ages and abilities.

Review of Outcomes Tour 2024 To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive.
The report announces the intention to hold the Annual Review of Outcomes on Friday, 4 October 2024 and requests the Area Committee to submit its recommendations for a completed development site within its area to be included on the list of sites to be inspected by the Tour delegates. In addition the Area Committee is asked to provide nominations for delegates to attend.
The Area Committee is recommended to:
(1) Nominate a completed development site to be included on the list of sites to be inspected on the 2024 Annual Review Tour.
(2) Nominate Members to attend the Annual Review Tour on 4 October 2024.

Dawlish Close/Brixham Walk, Bramhall - Proposed Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.
The report details proposals to undertake a consultation and legally advertise the introduction of Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO) on Dawlish Close/Brixham Walk, Bramhall to formalise and enable the enforcement of waiting restrictions (Double Yellow lines), which are currently marked out on site (with no TRO).
The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the undertaking of a consultation and the legal advertisement of the Traffic Regulation Order (TROs) set out in Appendix A and attached drawing, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders to be funded form the Integrated Transport Block Phase 2.

To consider a joint report of the Director of Place Management and the Assistant Director for Legal & Democratic Governance
The report details a number of objections to proposed ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ and ‘No Waiting Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm’ Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO)s, and associated revocations, for Marlborough Avenue, Blenheim Road, Brabant Road, Musbury Avenue and Cranbourne Avenue, Stockport.
In the light of the objections received, the Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the proposed amendment to the Order, as detailed in Section 5 of the report.

Integrated Transport Block – A6 to Bramhall Park To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.
The report details the findings of a consultation exercise along the A5143 Corridor funded by the CRSTS Integrated Transport Block in relation to the introduction of bollards, a package of traffic regulations orders and associated signage following the identification of some road safety issues subsequent to the introduction of a cycleway between Bramhall Park and the A6
The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services is recommended to give approval to the proposed measures as shown in Drawings F/5224/1200/121-Rev A to F/5224/1200/123-Rev A and the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders as shown in Drawings F/5224/1200/101 to F/5224/1200/103 and contained in Appendix C, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders to be funded from the Government’s City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) Integrated Transport Block fund.

Park use application - Bramhall Park - Plant Hunters Fair - 11th September 2024 To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.
The report details an application received from the Friends of Bramhall Park to hold their Plant Hunters Fair in Bramhall Park on Wednesday, 11 September 2024. The event would start at 10am until 4pm with access being required from 7am until 6pm.
The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application subject to the event organiser obtaining and providing the relevant paperwork at least 2 weeks prior to the event, including any necessary licences, health and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory traffic management plan and the payment of agreed fees and charges.
