To consider a report of the Assistant Director for Legal & Democratic Governance.

 

The report details a number of applications for dispensations under Section 33 of the Localism Act to consider requests for dispensations for members of the Stockport Mayoral Development.

 

The Standards Committee is requested to consider the applications and determine whether the dispensations should be granted.

The Assistant Director for Legal & Democratic Governance submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which detailed a number of applications for dispensations under Section 33 of the Localism Act to consider requests for dispensations for members of the Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation.
