The Committee is recommended to grant planning permission, subject to the conditions contained in the report.

three members of the public spoke against the application; and

 

a representative of the applicant spoke in support of the application.

RESOLVED – (8 for) That the application be deferred, pending a review of the proposed scheme by the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The Area Committee is recommended to grant planning permission, subject to notifying the Secretary of State under Arrangements for Handling Heritage Applications Direction 2015 & T&CP (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
