A representative of the Democratic Services Manager reported that in the absence of the Chair, it would be necessary for the meeting to elect a chair for the duration of the meeting.

 

RESOLVED – That in the absence of the Chair, Councillor Iain Roberts be elected Chair of the Committee for the duration of the meeting.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager outlined the procedure approved by the Council for public speaking on planning applications.

Full planning Application for Full planning application comprising a combination of General Industrial (B2) and Storage and Distribution (B8) with ancillary Office (B1) uses along with associated car parking, landscaping and infrastructure.

 

The Committee is recommended to grant planning permission, subject to conditions.

It is recommended that the Chief Executive is authorised to determine the application pending the completion of a Section 106 Agreement covering affordable housing, open space and highway matters.
