A representative of the Democratic Services Manager reported that in the absence of the Chair, it would be necessary for the meeting to elect a chair for the duration of the meeting.

RESOLVED – That in the absence of the Chair, Councillor Iain Roberts be elected Chair of the Committee for the duration of the meeting.

To approve as a correct record and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 14 January 2015.

The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 14 January 2015 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Councillors and Officers to declare any interests which they have in any of the items on the agenda for the meeting.

No declarations of interest were made.

To report any urgent action taken under the Constitution since the last meeting of the Committee.

No urgent decisions were reported.

(a)To consider the development applications where members of the public have attended the meeting in order to speak or hear the Committee’s deliberations.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager outlined the procedure approved by the Council for public speaking on planning applications.

Full planning Application for Full planning application comprising a combination of General Industrial (B2) and Storage and Distribution (B8) with ancillary Office (B1) uses along with associated car parking, landscaping and infrastructure.

The Committee is recommended to grant planning permission, subject to conditions.

RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted, subject to the conditions contained in the report.

It is recommended that the Chief Executive is authorised to determine the application pending the completion of a Section 106 Agreement covering affordable housing, open space and highway matters.
