To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 17 September 2024.

Councillors and Officers to declare any interests which they may have in any of the items on the agenda for the meeting.

Members of the public are invited to put questions to the Chair and Members of the Committee on any of the matters within the powers and duties of the Committee subject to the exclusions set out in the Code of Practice. Questions must be submitted prior to the commencement of the meeting. These are available via the Council’s website at www.stockport.gov.uk/publicquestions

To consider whether it is in the public interest to exclude the public during consideration of Agenda Item 5 – ‘Appeal A663’ which contains information ‘not for publication’ by virtue of the categories set out in the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

To consider an appeal against dismissal from an employee of the CSS  Directorate.
