Exclusion of the Public and the Public Interest Test To consider whether it is in the public interest to exclude the public during consideration of Agenda Item 6 – ‘Appeal A661’ which contains information ‘not for publication’ by virtue of the categories set out in the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
Minutes: RESOLVED – That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of agenda item 5 ‘Appeal A661’ as exempt by virtue of Paragraphs 1 and 2, Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 as containing information relating to any individual and information which was likely to reveal the identity of an individual.

Appeal A661 To consider a grievance appeal from an employee of Children’s Services. Minutes: The Employment Appeals Committee considered a grievance appeal from an employee of Children’s Services.
RESOLVED – That having considered the grievance appeal, and having read all the documentation and listened carefully to all that was said by the appellant and management, the Committee agreed that the decision at the second stage of the grievance process be upheld and therefore that the grievance appeal be dismissed. |
