Appeal against the Termination of an Introductory Tenancy (Continued) Minutes: Representatives of the Service Director (Place Development) and of the Chief Executive, Stockport Homes attended the meeting and submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) explaining the reasons for the decision to terminate an Introductory Tenancy on the appellant. They also answered Councillors' questions and questions from the appellant’s solicitor.
The appellant’s solicitor attended the meeting, presented their case and answered Councillors' questions.
Having considered the evidence presented both in writing and at the meeting, the Panel:-
RESOLVED – That the decision to terminate an Introductory Tenancy be upheld.
