RESOLVED – Having heard an application to review the premises licence at Whitebottom Farm, EtherowContry Park, Compstall, Stockport, SK6 5JQ. the Sub Committee considered the application in light of the licensing objectives, in particular the prevention of public nuisance licensing objective and the public safety licensing objective.

The Sub Committee noted that there was a lack of new evidence to suggest that either of these licensing objectives were not being upheld or promoted

The Sub-Committee also considered the contents of the submissions made by the premises license holder, including the enthusiasm of the premises licence holder to engage with the community and take additional steps to uphold the licensing objectives.

Therefore, the Sub Committee resolved to impose no further conditions on the licence following the review.

The Sub Committee strongly welcomed that both parties would see this as an opportunity to establish dialogue between the Premises Licence Holder and the community, and strongly encourage further communication in the future to mitigate any concerns.
