To consider whether it is in the public interest to exclude the public during consideration of the application at agenda item 5 ‘Licensing Act 2003: application to vary the Premises Licence at The Strines Nightingale, 105 Strines Road, Stockport, SK6 7GE’, as an appendix to the report contains information ‘not for publication’ in accordance with Section 14(2) of The Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005, and where the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

The report details an application from Mr Christopher Slater to vary the premises licence for The Strines Nightingale, 105 Strines Road, Strines, Stockport, SK6 7GE.

The Sub Committee is asked to determine the application to vary the Premises Licence in respect of The Strines Nightingale, 105 Strines Road, Stockport, SK6 7GE.
