Appeal Decisions, Current Planning Appeals and Enforcements To consider a report of the Service Director (Legal & Democratic Services)
The report summarises recent appeal decisions; lists current planning appeals and dates for local enquiries; informal hearings for planning appeals, and enforcement action by Area Committee area.
The Committee is recommended to note the report.

Draft Planning Enforcement Policy - Initial Consultation Draft To consider a report of the Service Director (Place Development)
The report outlines a draft enforcement policy for the Council, which is necessary following the publication of the National Planning Policy Framework.
