c.    conditions;

Update on the Garden House, Lakes Road, Marple, Stockport

This item has been placed on the agenda at the request of Councillor Bagnall.

 

An update has been requested on the exercise of the authorisation previously granted to the Corporate Director for Corporate & Support Services & Deputy Chief Executive to grant planning permission for the change of use of land to a mixed use consisting of an urban farm and educational facility, together with retention of buildings and structures, parking area and the construction of the Garden House comprising visitor and educational facilities, together with a managers dwelling and new detached storage building (part retrospective) at The Garden House, Lakes Road, Marple, Stockport subject to approval of the final wording of any conditions to be imposed following consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Committee.
